Agreement and eligibility

By using Debt Saga, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Debt Saga for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Debt Saga is not financial advice

Debt Saga is a motivational tracking tool. It does not provide financial, legal, credit, tax, investment, debt-management, or other professional advice; it does not contact creditors, make payments, or verify balances. You are responsible for checking all figures against your official records and for making financial decisions. Consider a qualified professional if you need advice about your situation.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You remain responsible for the information you add to your campaign and for activity through your account. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or sensitive information that is not needed for the service. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Premium support

Premium is a one-time €5 payment that unlocks cosmetic content for the associated Debt Saga account. It is not a subscription, does not create a financial return, and does not alter your real debt or payment obligations. Payment is processed by Stripe. We grant the unlock after Stripe confirms the payment; a cancelled or unsuccessful checkout creates no entitlement.

Premium supporters receive Debt Slayer status. Your name and join date are published on the public wall only if you opt in. You can choose an alias or opt out from the Support page. Contact contact@alcateia-studios.com to request removal from the wall.

Custom hero commissions

A custom hero commission is a one-time €20 purchase for one account-exclusive hero skin, with Premium included. After Stripe confirms payment, you can provide a brief and image references in the commission thread. You confirm that you own or have permission to use anything you submit and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil and support the commission.

We may decline or cancel a request that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, technically infeasible, or inconsistent with the product. We will communicate through the commission thread about the requested brief, status, and delivery. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the final custom skin is licensed for your personal use in Debt Saga; you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying software, game assets, or Debt Saga brand.

Your custom hero

Share your brief in your private order thread. Review the preview and request changes until you are satisfied, then approve your hero to make it available to equip. Progress and new previews appear in the thread; no fixed delivery deadline is promised.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

Consumer rights vary by location and are not excluded by these Terms. If mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw, cancel, repair, replacement, or refund, it applies. Where law allows, we may ask you to expressly request immediate delivery of digital content or the start of commission work and acknowledge any effect that has on a withdrawal right. Refund requests, including requests about an unfulfilled or defective commission, should be sent to contact@alcateia-studios.com with the order reference. We will review them promptly and provide any remedy required by law.

Service and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Debt Saga while these Terms apply. Debt Saga and its original software, artwork, text, and branding remain owned by the operator or its licensors. We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service, and will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Debt Saga is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, any financial outcome, or that campaign data will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for product, operational, or legal reasons. The latest version will be posted here with its effective date. If you have questions, contact contact@alcateia-studios.com.
